We provides online design advice through video calls (Facetime or Teams).

How do I know which appointment type I should book?

We’ve included a brief description with each of our appointment types to help you choose the one that best suits your needs. However, if you’re still unsure, feel free to email us, and we’ll happily assist you in making the right choice.

How do I book a design consultation?

You book a consultation through this website. Simply select a convenient time slot, fill out a brief form about your project, and confirm your booking.

What should I prepare before my consultation?

To make the most of your session, gather any relevant materials such as photos, sketches, plans, or inspiration images. The more information you provide, the more tailored our advice will be.

How long are the consultations?

The length of your Consultations is dependent on which consultant type you have purchases, but additional time can be arranged if needed. If you are unsure which appointment suits you, please refer to our questionnaire.

Teams or Facetime?

Teams allows us to conference call and share our computer screens. This is preferred when workshopping plans, drawings and anything visual.

Facetime is easier when you are not close to a computer (i.e.. Shopping for materials, tiles. Or on site with your builder.

Can Mobster create detailed architectural plans or drawings?

No, our advice is general in nature, and we do not provide detailed architectural drawings. However, we can provide mark-ups and sketches of your existing drawings.  

If you do need a designer to produce drawings for your project we can recommend a range of draftsperson, interiors designers and architects.

What if I need advice on a specific aspect of my project?

We can help you determine which consultants you may need for your project (engineers, architects, surveyors, energy consultants, planning consultants)

What don’t we do?

Although we provide design advice, we do not compete with other designers or architects.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details

Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Is Mobster for Australian projects only?

No! Our online format allows us to provide advice to clients regardless of location. All you need is a stable internet connection and access to Teams or Facetime.
